The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (2 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub), and a study, ideal if you need to work during your stay or simply want a quiet moment with a book.

On the first floor you will love the fully equipped kitchen, designed to inspire your best cooking. The living room has a TV with Netflix, Disney+ and all international channels, as well as a PS5 and a Nintendo Switch, so there is entertainment for all ages. The open-plan dining room and the balcony offer magnificent sea views, and this floor also has a guest WC.

On floor -1 there are 2 bedrooms (each with a king-size bed and a single bed), a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. The highlight is the games room, with a pool table, table football, a ping-pong table and darts. This level also includes free private parking.

Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed garden, a private pool and a barbecue, perfect for time together outdoors. For an extra touch of luxury, the terrace jacuzzi for 3 people offers unique moments, especially at sunset over the ocean. The villa also has an electric-vehicle charger, available for a fee.
