The house has 3 bedrooms, including a comfortable en-suite with a private bathroom (shower room), as well as an additional bathroom with a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals in complete comfort, and the laundry room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience during your stay.

For leisure time, the villa also features a games room with table football, ideal for entertaining the whole family.
You can also enjoy a Smart TV with national and international channels, as well as free Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

The outdoor area, in addition to the swimming pool, is spacious, private and fully fenced, making it particularly suitable for children.
